In 2012 Judy Lucas was woken from her sleep with a phrase "pamper packs for women in prison". She saw a picture, wrote the details down and returned to sleep.

It wasn't until 2016 that 'God ordained' contacts occurred and the idea of pamper packs for women leaving prison became a reality.

Our Friday morning Life Group "Women of Hope" decided to support this dream and began gathering items for the gifts.

In July 2016 we travelled to Hobart with our first delivery of 20 boxes. A partnership was made with the prison chaplain and the Pastor of a nearby church where the boxes were stored.

The aim of the gift box was to demonstrate God's grace.

A gift with 'no strings' attached. A 'pamper' pack to demonstrate that each woman has value and to inspire hope for their future.

Since July 2016, there has been 295 'Gifts of Hope' worth approximately $12,000 delivered.
