The Great Camp In - 2019

Donation of $5/ Adult and $10/ family appreciated to cover costs – but this isn’t required as we don’t want anyone to miss out.

PROGRAM

Set up tents from 5pm (or day before by arrangement)

6pm - Free BBQ tea

6:30pm - Service Starts

7:50 – Dessert & Coffee

9pm – Quiet in Auditorium for children sleeping – lights low

Teens and Adults can be in foyer with board games or outside around fire pit (weather permitting)

All quiet by 11pm

7:30 – 8:30 – breakfast

9am – pack up and head home for some sleep!

What to bring:

Tents that don’t need pegs if you have one (no problem if you don’t - there will be spare tents.)
Camping chairs (if you have any - please name)
Picnic rug (if you have one – please name)
Board game (if you have one- please name)
Bedding – lilo, pillows and sleeping bags
Sleepwear – modest pjs or track pants and top
Food – a salad or sweet finger food or savoury toast to share like biscuits or slice (or both if you’re keen)
BBQ meat and bread etc and egg & bacon muffins will be provided for tea and breakfast but please bring your own food if you have specific dietary requirements.
